Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds are applicable only in case of:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received

Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery for any issue.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Perishable goods and bulk grocery items are not eligible for return or refund once delivered, unless damaged or incorrect.
