It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Expired products received

To request a return, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper order details and product images.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging for return approval.

Refunds

Once your return request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another suitable method.

Non-Returnable Items
